Return Eligibility and Timeframe

At Mrs MEYERS, you can return eligible purchases within 30 days after your order has been delivered. To qualify for a return, products should generally be unused, free from damage caused after delivery, and returned in their original or substantially original condition.

Return Conditions

To ensure your return is accepted, please confirm the following:

The product remains unused or has only been reasonably inspected.
There is no damage occurring after you received the product.
Original packaging is included, when applicable.
All accessories and components supplied with the order are included.
Sufficient order information accompanies the return.

Note that some items, especially those related to hygiene, customization, safety, or specific legal restrictions, may be excluded from returns. Products marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs
